Arkansas is not known for great barbecue but here at Knight Fire BBQ, we are changing that. In a world of high-tech smokers, we go back to the real way to get authentic barbecue and relive the days of old. It’s a simple but long process and in my mind the only way to achieve real craft barbecue.

As we honor the days of old we color outside the lines, separating ourselves from your everyday barbecue place. I’m so excited to make Knight Fire BBQ a destination barbecue place for Arkansans and purists from all over.
